PROHS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

WHAT IS A 'LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY'?  A limited lifetime warranty on a product generally means it is covered against defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it, under normal residential use. The term “limited” typically excludes coverage for:

  1. Commercial use or resale

  2. Labor costs

  3. Accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear

  4. Products transferred to another owner

PROHS products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, improper installation, maintenance, or wear from everyday use. Proof of purchase required. Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to products purchased and installed in the United States.

PROHS will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make necessary adjustments if their inspection reveals any defects during normal usage. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse. Warranty will be voided if the product is not properly cared for and cleaned. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided for all warranty claims. PROHS is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or any additional costs. PROHS's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact PROHS at (727) 433 8776 or service@prohs.com. Please provide all relevant details of your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product's model number, color, finish, the date of purchase, and where it was purchased. Don't forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase (original sales receipt).

Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. PROHS disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction.
